What we do not include
- Walls are not included. If requested as an add-on, we clean to what we can safely reach. Ceilings are not cleaned under any circumstances.
- Any task requiring a ladder is not performed.
- Our teams do not move furniture to clean behind or underneath it.
- Chandeliers are not cleaned under any circumstances.
- Window screens and exterior windows are not included. Interior windows are available as an add-on.
- Anything on the exterior of the home is not included.
- Carpet shampooing and deep carpet cleaning are not included.
- Homes with more than one kitchen are billed with an additional kitchen charge.
- Extra fridge or extra stove cleaning beyond what is listed in the checklist: available as an add-on — contact us to arrange.
