Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
This allows us to fairly compensate our team and manage our schedule efficiently.
Late Access or Lockouts
If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time:
A lockout fee may be charged.
If access is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the appointment may be considered a same-day cancellation.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us:
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service.
We will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
Service Adjustments
If you request changes to the scope of work after booking:
Pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
Additional services may require extra time or fees.
Deposits (If Applicable)
For certain services (such as deep cleaning or move-in/move-out):
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g., weather conditions, emergencies), we may need to reschedule your service. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new convenient time.
