Our cleaners do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning, please call us to discuss!
That said, the following are services that we do not provide:

We do not clean homes while other work is being performed (e.g., construction, painting, plumbing).

Heavy lifting or moving of large items like refrigerators, stoves, or furniture is not allowed.

Delicate or breakable décor (like vases, artwork, or framed photos) will not be moved.

We can load your dishwasher, but we don’t put dishes away in cabinets—we want to avoid any breakage.

We won’t clean areas that can’t be safely accessed using a step stool or telescopic tools.

We’re unable to remove excessive pet hair from upholstered furniture.

Exterior window cleaning is not included in our services.

Mini blinds are dusted only—we do not deep clean them due to the risk of damage.

Strong odors (such as mold, pet waste, or smoke) may not be fully removable.

We do not clean inside dishwashers, washing machines, or similar appliances.

Light bulb cleaning is not part of our service offerings.

Homes with active rodent or insect infestations cannot be cleaned.

We don’t remove dried paint from floors, walls, or other surfaces.

Carpet or floor deep-cleaning (steam, wax, polish, etc.) is not offered.

Heavily marked or stained walls, baseboards, or painted surfaces will not be scrubbed to avoid damaging the finish.
