We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:<\/p>

  • Please provide at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> prior to your scheduled service.<\/p><\/li>

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance<\/strong> may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/p><\/li>

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    This allows us to fairly compensate our team and manage our schedule efficiently.<\/p>

    \u00a0Late Access or Lockouts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time:<\/p>

    • A lockout fee<\/strong> may be charged.<\/p><\/li>

    • If access is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the appointment may be considered a same-day cancellation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      \u00a0Refund Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      Due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed.<\/p>

      However, your satisfaction is very important to us:<\/p>

      • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • We will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        If you request changes to the scope of work after booking:<\/p>

        • Pricing may be adjusted accordingly.<\/p><\/li>

        • Additional services may require extra time or fees.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          For certain services (such as deep cleaning or move-in\/move-out):<\/p>
